For whom is this training?
Are you a junior project manager navigating the complex world of consortium-led projects? Or do you have a junior colleague in your team who would benefit from practical insights and peer support?
Join us on 11 November 2026 at UMC Utrecht for an interactive, hands-on training day specifically designed for project managers with 0–3 years of experience.
Why join this training?
Forget the dense legal texts and portal technicalities that you can easily Google. Instead, this day is all about the real-world practice of project management.
What you will walk away with:
- Your Ultimate Toolbox: Practical tips, tricks, and tools to make your daily work easier and more enjoyable.
- A Project Management Buddy: Connect with a peer who truly understands your day-to-day challenges and whom you can call for advice long after the training ends.
- Peer Solutions: Bring your own current project challenges! We have built-in dedicated time to share experiences and spar with your peers
What we will not be talking about:
All the technical stuff. In other words, anything you can easily Google, portal mechanics, call texts, or long, dry legal grant documentation. (We will provide some handy links and lists, but they won’t be our focus).
Preparation
There is no specific preparation required. However, please bring along the current challenges you are facing in your work. If you have a difficult situation in one of your projects, there will be dedicated time in the program to share your experiences and spar with your peers.
